Deviled Eggs with Bark Builder

6 eggs

1/4 cup mayonaise

1 teaspoon vinegar

1 teaspoon mustard

1/8 teaspoon salt

D-Dog BBQ Bark Builder for garnish

• Boil eggs in water for 12 minutes.
• Let eggs cool slightly then peel.
• Carefully slice each egg in half on the long end.
• Scoop out the yolk into a bowl without splitting the egg white half.
• Mix egg yolk, mayo, vinegar, mustard, and salt.
• Pipe or scoop the yolk mixture back into each egg white half. Sprinkle Bark Builder on top for a nice peppery flavor and beautifuly black contrast.
