Chuck Street Tacos

 

 

Our favorite thing to make with left over chuck is street tacos. We cook an extra amount of chuck, then cut it into small pieces, and freeze in meal size packets. Then on a busy night, just pull out the meat, reheat, grab some toppings and dinner is done!

tortillas

crema or sour cream

D-Dog BBQ's New Mexico Hatch Red Chile Bite (any of the spicy bites will work)

favorite taco toppings (we used Big Jim chiles, tomato, celantro, cheese)

 

  • Reheat cooked chuck meat.
  • Heat tortillas on the stove.
  • Mix either Crema or sour cream with the Hatch Red Chile Bite. This works well with the Hatch Green Chile Bite or the Chuck Wagon Bite as well. Mix to desired taste.
  • Assemble tacos and enjoy!
