D-Dog BBQ Saddle Bite
- Slice off the top of each pepper and scrape out the seeds.
- Mix Saddle Bite with room temperature cream cheese to taste appox. 1-2 teaspoons.
- Use a spoon to stuff each pepper with cream cheese mixture.
- Smoke peppers for one hour in smoke mode or at 190 degrees if you do not have a smoke mode.
- After one hour, increase the smoker temperature to 220 and smoke for another hour.
- Let the peppers cool a bit before eating. Sprinkle tops with Saddle Bite or Bark Builder.
